Vivienne K. Noufer is an Investment Professional with Westminster Financial Companies, Inc. With over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mrs. Noufer has achieved and maintained her Series 7 (General Securities Representative) and Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law Examination) registrations as well as her Life, Health, and Annuity Insurance License. She is currently pursuing her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation.


After receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Cincinnati with an emphasis in Marketing, she went straight into the financial planning business. A Paul Harris Fellow with the Rotary Club International, she is also a member of the International Association of Women. Vivienne and her family reside in West Chester, OH and her hobbies include fitness, hiking, puzzles, spending time with family, her pets, and reading.
