Stuart C. Brazie is a Managing Executive for Westminster Financial Companies, Inc. serving as a Lead Portfolio Manager, member of the Investment Policy Committee, Chairman of the Investment Company Counsel, and President of Westminster Financial Agencies, Inc.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services business, he has held positions from portfolio manager to chief compliance officer for independent national brokerage firms as well as larger corporations such as Bank of America. Not only has Mr. Brazie attained the professional designations Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, and Chartered Life Underwriter, but he also completed all three levels of the Certified Market Technician.

In addition to the above designations he has the securities licenses Series 4 (Registered Options Principal), 7 (General Securities Representative), 10 (General Securities Sales Supervisor), 24 (General Securities Principal), 27 (Financial and Operations Principal), 53 (MSRB Municipal Securities Principal), 63 (NASAA Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and 65 (NASAA Uniform Investment Advisor Representative) licenses as well as the life, health, and annuities insurance licenses.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio he went on to complete Master’s work in both education and business. Stuart and his family reside in Dayton, OH and his hobbies include fitness, movies, music, home improvements, and reading.
