Kyle Cook joined Westminster in April 2024 and serves as the Certified Public Accountant. His responsibilities include a comprehensive range of tax services, focusing on both compliance and strategic planning. He assists clients in managing their fiscal obligations while optimizing their tax positions through tailored strategies.

Before joining Westminster, Kyle held the position of Manager, External Financial Reporting at Lincoln Electric, where he was responsible for overseeing the preparation and distribution of the company's financial statements and ensuring compliance with various accounting standards and regulations.

Prior to his tenure at Lincoln Electric, Kyle worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young in their audit practice. He was responsible for planning, conducting and supervising the execution of integrated and financial statement audits for multi-billion dollar global manufacturing companies.

Kyle received his Bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University with majors in Accounting and Finance.

Kyle resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing sports such as golf and hockey, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
