Company History

1967	Westminster Financial began as a Lutheran Brotherhood office, specializing in insurance products.
1977	Current CEO L. Miles Brazie becomes a sales representative for Lutheran Brotherhood. Becomes one of the youngest members of the Million Dollar Round Table in the United States as well as one of the top producing sales producers in securities and annuities.
1985	Westminster Financial Companies is formed by the Brazie family and has evolved to include security products in addition to insurance products.
1987	Forms Broker/Dealer - Westminster Financial Securities.
1987	Forms Westminster Financial Advisory.
1990	Establishes a capital relationship with Pershing, LLC.
